Work with Sunny Hill
Design Consultation
$50
This is the first step in the design process. Whether you're tackling a full renovation or simply refreshing a single room, this 1-hour consultation is the perfect starting point. During our session, we'll walk through your space, discuss your goals, and address any design challenges you're facing.
Planning & Selection
$50/hour
The Space Planning & Product Selection package offers an approach that transforms your space with intention and creativity. The process begins with thoughtful floor plan development and space planning to ensure your home functions as beautifully as it looks. Material, furniture, and fixture selections are made that establish a cohesive and curated space. Soft goods such as rugs, window treatments, textiles, and art are layered in to add warmth, texture, and personality to the space. Throughout the process, you’ll receive a detailed visual presentation that clearly communicates the design vision, along with a complete materials and product schedule to guide purchasing and implementation.
Construction & Install
$50/hour
After we have worked together on developing your design, I’ll serve in an advisory role during construction—collaborating with your architect, contractor, or builder to ensure the design intent is executed with precision. I’m available to answer finish-related questions, and consult on-site as needed throughout the construction phase. Once construction is complete, I oversee the installation of decor, meticulously styling the space to ensure a polished, cohesive, and lived-in result that reflects your personality and lifestyle.
This package is ideal for homeowners looking for a fully integrated design experience with professional support from initial concepts through the final finishing touches.

About Sunny Hill: from Palm Springs to the Prairie
Born and raised in Northern California, I studied Art History and Business before landing my first job at the Palm Springs Art Museum. It was there, surrounded by the bold lines and playful elegance of desert modernism, that I fell in love with interiors. My path then took me across the Atlantic to London, where I interned at Sotheby’s in their 20th Century Design department, deepening my appreciation for form, history, and craftsmanship. I spent the next several years working in the art world—until I met and married a cowboy, and traded galleries and city life for the wide-open landscapes of rural Wyoming.
Today, I work full-time as a nonprofit business operations director, while moonlighting as an interior designer. I’m currently pursuing an Interior Design Certificate through UCLA to formalize and expand my training. In 2020, I designed our family home on the ranch—a ground-up build that remains both my largest project and my most rewarding design challenge. My work is rooted in storytelling, grounded in art history, and always tailored to reflect the rhythms of real life.
